A BILL making a supplementary appropriation out of the treasury from the balance of available moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, to the Board of Directors of the State College System Control Account, "Former" Acct. No. 2785 ("WVFIMS" Account No. Fund 0330 FY 1994 Org 0481) supplementing and amending chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the budget bill, chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, be supplemented and amended by adding to Title 2, Section 1 thereof, the following line item:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement and amend the budget act for the current fiscal year 1993-94 by providing for a new line item to be established therein to appropriate moneys received for expenditure to undertake building construction at the Weirton campus of the West Virginia Northern Community College in the current fiscal year of 1993-94.
Such amount shall be available for expenditure immediately upon the effective date of the bill. Any unexpended balance remaining at the close of the fiscal year 1993-94 is hereby reappropriated for expenditure in fiscal year 1994-95.
